How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Or contact our support team in-app and we will help you process the refund through Paddle.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time through paddle.net or in-app. After cancellation you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges that fall within the 30-day window after a fresh purchase are eligible for refund under the policy above.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
